13th Annual Stuart Lake Fishing Derby
Event is held July long weekend - June 30th through July 4th.
Location Fort St. James on Stuart Lake (8th largest lake in BC).
Prizes are for the largest rainbow trout over 5lbs.
Thousands of Dollars in Prize money.
1st Prize $10,000.00
2nd Prize $2,500.00
3rd Prize $1,000.00
Participant Draw $1,000.00
Includes a wrap up BBQ and awards ceremony.
Tickets are $50.00 and are available at The Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Information Centre, BNK Automotive, Petro Canada and Macleods True Value and Omenica Sports in Vanderhoof and Northern Hardware in Prince George. Tickets sold until Noon on Saturday June 30th.
